Venue

We are happy to announce that we have reached an agreement with Disney's Coronado Springs Resort as a venue for the Show. The resort has a lot to offer including easy and ample access to the showroom from the front and rear of the building, complimentary transportation to and from Orlando International Airport, convenient access to guest rooms from the showroom and numerous dining options. We have negotiated a great room rate of $109 a night. Please visit our Registration section to make reservations. Please be sure to use either the link or phone number to ensure you receive the negotiated rate and so we get credit for the room night.

As robust as the amenities the resort has to offer are they are just a small part of the overall experience Walt Disney World ® has to offer. Our room rate is valid for 3 days before and after the show, August 30th to September 9th, so we encourage you spend time exploring the vast entertainment, dining, shopping options and more that Disney ® and Orlando can provide. While Walt Disney World ® is best known for it's 4 fabulous theme parks there's much more the 47 square mile property has to offer including two water parks. Some of the often overlooked offerings are world class restaurants located throughout the resorts. Downtown Disney ® has a broad array of shopping, dining and entertainment offerings including La Nouba™ by Cirque Du Soleil®. which is a permanent show. There are multiple Spa's where you can indulge in some personal time and of course a virtually unlimited array of entertainment options for the kids. If time permits Universal Studios and Sea World are a short drive from the resort and nearby International Drive has a stunning array of tourist options. If you'd like to experience Florida's beach's either coast is just over an hour away. The Atlantic and Gulf are at their warmest this time of year with an average water temperature in the mid to upper 80's. If you enjoy gentle rolling waves head east toward Clearwater to the Gulf but if you enjoy larger waves the Atlantic coast may be the place for you.
